SmartPoll is a Kyiv-based research agency. For international agencies, consultancies and companies we run qualitative fieldwork in Ukraine.
What we run
Focus groups of two hours and extended groups of 3.5 to 4.5 hours with 10–12 participants. In-depth, expert and B2B interviews, online or in person. Surveys of city and community residents.
How we work with agencies
We recruit to your screener, verify identity and role, and moderate in Ukrainian to your discussion guide. You receive verbatim transcripts and an English summary, written by the moderator who ran the fieldwork.
Confidentiality
NDA before the brief. Blind-sponsor fieldwork on request. Recordings restricted to the project team, deleted on agreed dates. We do not publish client names.
What we do not promise
Statistical representativeness from groups. Groups explain why people think as they do, not how many do.
